Referral Information

Students sometimes experience personal, social or emotional difficulties during their 11-16 education which may require additional specialist support from outside agencies. If this is the case then a CAF (Common Assessment Form) will be completed, with input from the student and/or parent/carer.

The MAT (Multi Agency Team) will be informed and normally their specialist advice will be sought as to links with an appropriate agency [agencies can include CAMHS, Divert, YISP, Safeguarding, Substance Misuse, NSPCC, etc]. If a TAC (team around the child) meeting is required then all agencies working with an individual student will provide an update on the progress made, although specific work remains confidential.

If you feel your son/daughter requires any specific mentoring or monitoring then please inform the Pastoral Team on 01939 237077 who will work with you and your child to identify specific requirements.
