Benefits

Adams House provides the state boarding element of life at Thomas Adams School and Adams College.  It can be regarded as an educational establishment in its own right.

This means that students are provided with professional and caring help outside school hours from the tutors who come to Adams House during the week. These are in addition to the house staff. The tutors, who are all teachers at Thomas Adams School, assist boarders with their studies and provide any additional help they may need. A wide range of subjects and projects are covered in this way.

Another unique aspect is the variety of boarders and their cultural, religious and national background. They come from many different countries including USA, Uganda, Kuwait, UAE, Hong Kong, Germany, France, Greece, Spain & Nigeria. The boarders therefore live in a multicultural society and, in a natural way, learn to respect and value each other.
